I like to write my &quot;to-do&quot; list the night before so I dont waste time the next morning doing it. This keeps me productive and I dont loose sleep worry about what I have to do the next day.</description>

		<description>Cannot tell you how important #14 Just say No, is. In fact its near the top of my small list of things to remember. And when saying no I am honest about why and even encourage others to say no as well.  Saying no has saved me literally thousands of dollars, stress and feeling like a fraud.</description>
