I got married in my in-laws’ backyard! It was beautiful. The sky was cloudy, and even threatened rain… but when my bride stepped outside, the clouds literally parted and sunlight came over everyone in the yard.

Living the way we want to live is great goal to look forward to. We listen to so many expert advices, it often gets confusing and overwhelming. I have started on this process but still have a long way to go before I can say I am free of all judgment.

Thanks! A good reminder to be true to ourselves. I am a pleaser and often make decisions based on the people surrounding me, which I think it’s OK. I do, however, have to slow down and make sure, that I am being true to myself, which i could do better!

I would add, due to my religious foundation, that living according to God’s rules is also an important consideration!

I love it, Sherri! With the bombardment of messages we receive, it is really easy to try to compare all of our desires against the “rules” our culture puts down and then feel like we’re doing something wrong if they don’t match up.

It is YOUR life. I agree that we need to live it and love it!
