From our resident foodie, Jules, comes a fantastic e-cookbook that is full of simple, quick and no fuss recipes … and it’s FREE!

This 97 page “5 Ingredient, 10 Minute” recipe book is Jules’ first e-cookbook and contains some of the recipes that were featured here on Zen Family Habits, among many others.

What I love about this book is that each recipe (and there are 65 of them) is accompanied by a color photo, just so I can torture myself with what it should have looked like. The recipes are straight forward and for a large part call for ingredients that you would normally have on hand.

about the author

One of my favorites (and I have a few) is the little bailey’s cheesecakes. I made these as a dessert for my sisters’ recent graduation party and they were a huge hit. One that I will be trying this Thursday for our Canada Day celebration will be super simple chocolate mousse. I’m pretty sure this will be another hit with the family.

As usual Jules has done a fabulous job in putting this e-cookbook together. The photos are stunning and the recipes are easy enough for even the most novice cook to put on a fantastic spread.

You can download your free copy from the stonesoup. I hope you enjoy it as much as I am.
