Suzannah – Write It Sideways

Hi, I’m Suzannah.

I play many roles in life: mother to a beautiful growing family, wife of a wonderful husband, teacher of many, and fervent writer.

Being asked to write for Zen Family Habits is an incredible honour. As parents, we have the opportunity and the responsibility to teach our children every day, and to be involved in all aspects of their learning. Too often, it can be tempting to ‘leave teaching to the professionals.’ Instead, I’d like to use my combination of education and experience to help you make learning a family event.

I have degrees in English Literature and Education, with qualifications from Kindergarten to Grade 12. I’ve taught in Canada and Australia, in both public and private systems.

My usual home, Write It Sideways, combines my passions for teaching and writing. Subscribe to learn new writing skills, define your goals, increase your productivity, and ultimately prepare for publication.

CoreyCorey- Simple Marriage

Corey wishes he could live in the mountains and still have a view of the ocean, that way he and his wife could choose to ski or lay on the beach each day. For now, he lives in the city where he is a husband, father, writer, speaker, and family therapist. He believes you can get more out of marriage. That’s what his blog, Simple Marriage is all about. Marriage is really designed to help you grow up, that’s the best way to experience more.

Corey has been married to his wife Pam for 16 years and they have 2 kids. He has a Ph.D. in Family Therapy, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Marriage Coach.

BakerBaker – Man Vs. Debt

Baker hates debt. Baker loves freedom. Husband to Courtney, father to Milligan, he can be found over at Man Vs. Debt where he rants on money, travel, simplicity, and passion.
